Class Descriptions

Level 1 Beginner classes

Level 1 beginner classes will introduce basic yoga postures for all individuals offering options to modify for individual needs.  These classes are appropriate for all levels as we review postures from a beginners mind.

Level 2 classes

Level 2 classes add on to the instruction and understanding built in level 1 classes adding elements that grow the practice into new understanding within the body.  At least  3 months yoga experience required for attendance in level 2 classes.

All level classes

Appropriate for all levels of students.  Modifications will be made for students offering more challenging options along with modifications for newer students when necessary.

Vinyasa Flow classes

This style of Yoga is a vigorous practice, linking breath with continuos movement in and out of yoga postures.  Three months of yoga classes recommended prior to practicing Vinyasa Flow.   Modifications will be made for students offering more challenging options along with modifications for newer students when necessary.


Classes include asana (physical practice) Pranayama (breath work), yoga philosophy, chanting and laughter.  Bring an open mind and mat if you have one.

Studio Class fees and terms

Drop in class - $10

Private session - $35 ½ hour, $65 hour – advance booking is required

Yoga parties – inquire for availability and rates
